Validación del cuestionario: responsabilidad personal y social en el ecuador

La responsabilidad personal y social es una variable multidimensional fundamental para el desarrollo del ser humano en sociedad. El modelo de Hellison ha demostrado su importancia al incorporar acciones en escuelas que fomentan resultados positivos sostenibles y aplicables en diversos contextos. Sin embargo, este modelo no ha sido ampliamente desarrollado en el ámbito hispano, especialmente en Latinoamérica. En este sentido, el presente estudio tiene la finalidad de validar el Cuestionario de Responsabilidad Personal y Social (PSRQ) en el contexto ecuatoriano. El estudio emplea una metodología cuantitativa, utilizando análisis confirmatorio para evaluar las propiedades psicométricas del PSRQ y la escala de Motivación Intrínseca (BREQ-2), con una muestra de 614 estudiantes de cuatro unidades educativas en la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Ecuador. Los resultados indican que el modelo bidimensional adaptado (13 ítems) presenta una consistencia interna sólida, correlaciones significativas entre instrumentos, lo que permite verificar su validez criterial y un ajuste excelente del PSRQ, esto permite confirmar su validez y confiabilidad para su uso en contextos educativos ecuatorianos. En conclusión, esta validación aporta al campo del conocimiento y ofrece un recurso valioso para la educación en la región.
